“Ala Carte” Fees:
Cruise Reservations- no fee to reserve your cruise.
Changes to cruise reservations once paid for (including reservations with a deposit only) will have an amendment fee of $50 per person. This includes cancellation of the cruise.
Package or Tour reservations- no fee
Changes to package or Tour reservations once paid for (including reservations with a deposit only) will have an amendment fee of $50 per person. This includes cancellation of your tour or package.
Airline reservations: $50 per ticket includes:
- Mileage upgrades, changes, re-issues, cancellations – per ticket, per change.
- Award reservations: These have a minimum fee of $50 per ticket and are subject to a higher fee depending on the complex itinerary planning associated with the award. These fees are in addition to any airline surcharges, taxes and fees. This does not guarantee the lowest mileage award levels and mileage balance must allow for instant ticketing. Ask for details.
Car reservations $50 per car, includes all limo, sedan and transfer service
Rail $50 per ticket
Hotels: If we secure a reservation from our “Best of the Best” portfolio, no fee
$100 research fee includes reservation (we will locate the best hotel, price, perks, based upon your location request and availability)

- Consultation to help you review both proposals

Revisions to customized programs are $100 per revision after the first two proposals.

Undecided on your honeymoon? Plan to Go Fee: $200
This fee will give you up to two proposals priced with your choice of: a cruise, tour or package. We will apply this fee to the final balance of your travel package, cruise or tour. Additional proposals will have additional charges. Ask for details. (this is not only for honeymoons, and is designed for those who are unsure of what they want)
Overtime Fees:(includes after business hours, last minute travel requests 3 business days or less and emergency travel)
$150 per hour PEAK TIMES 9a-5p Monday -Friday or Holidays
$100 per hour OFF PEAK after 5pm and before 9am and weekends.
