Here are some of the fees we charge, keep in mind these are "From", depending on how complex the itinerary is we are planning for you.
Airline reservations: from: $50 per ticket includes:
- Mileage upgrades, changes, re-issues, cancellations – per ticket, per change.
- Award reservations: These have a minimum fee of $50 per ticket and are subject to a higher fee depending on the complex itinerary planning associated with the award. Airline surcharges, taxes and fees are in addition to our fees. Our fee does not guarantee the lowest mileage award levels or specific routings. Mileage balance must allow for instant ticketing. Ask for details.
Car reservations from: $50 per car, includes all limo, sedan and transfer service
Rail from: $50 per ticket
Visa/Passport: from $100 per person
Hotels: Research fee from: $100. (includes the actual reservation, and we will find you the best price & amenities based on availabilty and your preferences.
To cancel the reservations we charge a 15% fee of the total hotel cost inclusive of taxes and fees.
Custom tailored programs are something we adore organizing for you. These take us hours upon hours to create. Take advantage of our expertise and connections. We have access to over 160 offices world wide. We colaborate and work with those who actually live and work in the destinations you are wanting to visit. We love to offer authentic and origional experiences you could not find yourself.
Custom tailored planning fee: from: $300
Your fee includes:
- Vacation Consultation *
- Up to two proposals with pricing
- Consultation to help you review both proposals
- Personalized documents
- Document delivery & review
Revisions to customized programs are from $100 per revision after the first two proposals.
* Pricing may vary depending on complexity of itinerary.
Hourly Rates:
Overtime Fees:(includes after business hours, last minute travel requests 10 business days or less and emergency travel)
From $150 per hour during office hours: 9a-5p Monday -Friday
$175 per hour non business hours; after 5pm and before 9am, and weekends, and holidays.
Retainer Fees are also available, ask for details
